Every meal.
Every workout.
One coach.
Ask Balancr anything, get a workout that plans around what you trained, and snap your meals. It already knows your day.

What it does
Ask Balancr
Ask it anything. It already knows your day.
Balancr reads your food and workout logs before it answers. Ask what to train and it picks a workout that skips the muscles you just hit. Ask how your week went, or what to eat with what’s left today. Tell it what you ate or trained and it logs it.

Workouts
A coach that remembers what you trained.
Balancr reads your last week of workouts before it suggests today’s. It skips any muscle group you trained in the last 48 hours, picks the one you’ve gone longest without, and swaps in different moves from your last session. A line on the card tells you why, like “Legs were yesterday, so today is upper push.”
Tell it your time and gear. The same 45-minute push day uses dumbbells and bands at home, and switches to machines and cables at the gym. Each plan has sets, reps, rest and form cues, and a rest timer once you start.

Photo estimate
Snap it. Know it.
Photo in, macros out, in seconds. Every item is broken out, and you can fix any number before it's logged.

Doctor report
Doctor-ready in seconds.
Pick a date range and what to include: weight trend, nutrition and your questions. Balancr builds a PDF on your phone, and you choose who gets it.

Meal plans
Groceries in. A week of meals out.
Paste your grocery haul and Balancr plans the days around it, with calories and protein for each one.

Why Balancr
Five apps' worth of work. One coach.
Most people juggle a calorie counter, a workout planner, a recipe app and a grocery list. Balancr does all of it, and the coach reads every piece before it answers.
- Ask what to eat to hit your protein. It knows what you've had today.
- A daily workout that reads your recent training and skips the muscles you just hit.
- Snap a photo, get the macros. Edit anything it gets wrong.
- A clean report for your doctor, in seconds.
- Turn this week's groceries into a plan of meals.

Questions
Is my data private?
Yes. Your log stays on your phone. No ads, and your data is never sold.
What data leaves my phone?
Your log is saved on your iPhone. When you use an AI feature, Balancr sends only what that feature needs to our AI service, which uses OpenAI to read it. Photo and text estimates send only the photo or text you choose. Ask Balancr also sends a short summary of your log, with no name on it, with your question. It is used only to return an answer and is not stored by us. Under OpenAI’s API terms, API data is not used to train their models. You can turn this off in Settings, then Privacy.
Do I need an account?
Yes, for the full version. Sign in with Apple or with your email.
How do I cancel?
Any subscription is managed by Apple. Cancel anytime in iPhone Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can download a full backup of your log from Settings at any time, and the doctor report gives you a clean PDF of the parts you choose.
What can the coach do, and what can't it?
It answers from your own log: what to eat, how your week went, a workout for today. It gives general guidance, not medical advice, and it can't diagnose anything or tell you what to take.
How is the doctor PDF made?
On your phone. You pick a date range and what to include, such as weight trend, nutrition and your questions. Balancr builds the PDF on the device, and you choose who gets it.
How does it pick today’s workout?
It reads your workouts from the last seven days. It skips any muscle group you trained in the last 48 hours, favors the one you’ve gone longest without, and after a hard day it may suggest a different group or an easy walk. The card shows the reason.
How are workout calories figured?
Each workout shows a burn estimate based on its type, length and effort, with a link that explains the math. It is an estimate, not a measurement.
Is this medical advice?
No. Balancr is a personal log, and you choose what to share with your doctor.
Eat well. Lift heavy. See it work.
